· Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Climate Impulse – a project for sustainable aviation led by Swiss explorer Bertrand Piccard and composite engineer Raphaël Dinelli – on its partnership agreement with Orange.
· LALIVE expands its partnership lineup with the promotions of Laura Azaria-Beniflah and Robert Bradshaw in international arbitration, as well as Dr. Adam El-Hakim, Christian A. Exner and Sébastien Zulian in litigation, all active as of 1 January 2026. The firm also promoted Isabel San Martín in APG and Nikita Ognivtsev in LPG to counsel, also as of 1 January 2026.
· Homburger advised UBS, acting through its Stamford branch, on a USD 750m offering in floating rate senior notes.
