Bär & Karrer with Wisecap on Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon acquisition
Bär & Karrer is advising Wisecap, as the manufacturer of plastic caps and closures for the beverage industry based in Piacenza, Italy, has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon, a business of the Corvaglia Group.
Pursuant to the deal, the Corvaglia Group – a specialist in closure design and mould making for the production of plastic caps – will acquire a minority stake in Wisecap.
