· Lenz & Staehelin expands its partnership with the appointment of Federico Trabaldo Togna, effective January 1st 2026. The firm further promoted three new counsels: Jutta Gangsted, Tanja Schmidt and Norman Walczak, also effective from January 1st.

· Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised the majority shareholders of the Citieffe Group, including private equity firm ARCHIMED, on the sale of their entire stake in Medistream to Poly Medicure Ltd in Amsterdam.

· Bär & Karrer is advising Wisecap, as the manufacturer of plastic caps and closures for the beverage industry based in Piacenza, Italy, has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon AG, a business of the Corvaglia Group.
