Bär & Karrer advises on Distalmotion’s funding round
Bär & Karrer advised lead investor Revival Healthcare Capital and Distalmotion, a globally active medical device specialist with headquarters in Lausanne, throughout the company’s USD 150 million Series G financing round – closed with participation from existing investors.
The Swiss firm worked with US side Wilson Sonsini with respect to Revival Healthcare Capital’s advisory
