Bratschi appoints new partner in Basel: Jürg G. Schütz
Bratschi expands its partnership with the arrival of Jürg G. Schütz (pictured) in Basel, effective from December 1st 2025.
The profile
Jürg G. Schütz’s educational and professional backgrounds intersects different disciplines. In fact, throughout his career he also worked as an architect, building expertise across the construction and real estate sectors. Amogst his experiences, the one as general counsel of property developer Fankhauserand. Moreover, he worked as senior assistant at the Institute for Economic Law.
Schütz advises on matters of commercial law, with a particular focus on contract, corporate and procedural law. He currently serves as president of the Federal Valuation Commission (District 7), and as part-time judge in Basel-Stadt.
