Pestalozzi with ophthalmology clinics on combination with Gutblick
Pestalozzi advised the owners of ophthalmology clinics with respect to their combination with the Gutblick group.
The two ophthalmology chains combine 15 locations, a service center, as well as approximately 50 doctors and 240 employees in the medical and administrative fields.
