Homburger with Aris Mining on Soto Norte acquisition
Homburger advised Aris Mining Corporation on its acquisition of the remaining 49% interest in the Soto Norte joint venture in Colombia from MDC Industry Holding Company (Mubadala).
Pursuant to the deal, Aris Mining Corporation owns 100% of underground gold project Soto Norte.
