MME with KSM on shares sale to Healthcare Holding Schweiz

MME advised the owners of KSM Kunden Service Management, a Swiss medical disposable products specialist, in connection with the sale of shares to Healthcare Holding Schweiz, an investment holding company with a particular focus on medical technology.
