NKF with ICIG on BASF’s optical brightening business acquisition

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) on the acquisition, via ICIG’s care chemicals platform Catexel, of BASF’s global optical brightening business.

This transaction encompasses the international operations of the business, including the production of optical brightening agents at the Monthey site in Switzerland.
