Advestra advises on EPIC Suisse’s shares placement
Advestra advised UBS, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swiss Finance & Property in connection with their role as joint bookrunners in EPIC Suisse’s placement, via an accelerated bookbuilding, of 875.000 new shares.
The offering price for each share is CHF 80, implying a total value of CHF 70 million.
