CMS Switzerland advised Youngtimers — a SIX-listed holding company with subsidiaries active in the asset management sector and focusing on private market investments across the Asia-Pacific region — on its ordinary capital increase, in an aggregate amount of CHF 49.73 million.
The operation consisted of three tranches: a contribution in kind of shares of Hong Kong-listed DL Holdings Group Limited, a contribution by way of set-off of the group’s liabilities from a bond, and an in-cash contribution.
