Borel & Barbey advised Neural Concept — a Lausanne-based start-up whose AI software supports the development of components for the design of cars, aircraft, and electronic devices — on its USD 100 million financing round.
The investor base
Goldman Sachs Alternatives led the funding, with support from existing investors Forestay Capital, Alven, HTGF (High-Tech Gründerfonds), The D. E. Shaw Group and Aster Capital.
