Advestra with financing sources on u-blox acquisition by Advent
Advestra advised the financing sources, undisclosed, in connection with the acquisition of u-blox by the ZI Zenith funds, an indirect subsidiary of Advent International. The deal took place by way of a public tender offer.
Headquartered in Thalwil, Zurich, u-blox is a globally active specialist in critical connectivity and positioning technologies.
