Bär & Karrer with Synergie Group on House of Flexwork acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised EPA-listed Synergie, as the company agreed to acquire a majority stake in House of Flexwork, a Swiss staffing agency operating under the brands Induserv, Hardworker and Payroll House.
