Walder Wyss with EIP on €192 m investment in Terralayr
Walder Wyss advised Eurazeo Infrastructure Partners (EIP) on the Swiss law aspects of an investment in battery storage developer Terralayr.
Pursuant to the transaction, EIP will provide — together with the existing investors — growth capital to Terralayr of up to €192 million, aimed at enabling the expansion of the company’s battery storage systems portfolio across the DACH region.
A Norton Rose Fulbright team, led by Munich-based partner Klaus Bader, served as lead counsel for the transaction.
