MLL Legal advised Culligan, a specialist in sustainable water solutions and services, in connection with the integration process of Primo Water EMEA business Eden Springs in Switzerland by its merger into Culligan Switzerland, along with a parallel merger by absorption of previously acquired Swiss water treatment company Atlis.
