Lenz & Staehelin with Aztec on Aztec Network mainnet debut
Lenz & Staehelin advised Aztec on the launch of the Aztec Network mainnet, a decentralized, privacy-focused Ethereum layer-2 blockchain, and on the associated distribution of the AZTEC token. This included advising on the public AZTEC token sale, which raised 19,476 ETH, with 50% of the capital contributed by the Aztec community.
The Aztec Network is supported by the Aztec Foundation, a Zug-based foundation. Lenz & Staehelin acted as Swiss counsel to Aztec on the establishment of the Aztec Foundation, as well as on various other Swiss-law aspects relating to the launch of the Aztec Network mainnet and the distribution of AZTEC tokens.
