Pestalozzi with Ramudden on Dähler Verkehrstechnik acquisition
Pestalozzi advised Ramudden Global Switzerland on the acquisition of all shares in Dähler Verkehrstechnik.
The parties
The buyer, Ramudden Global Switzerland, is a subsidiary of Ramudden Global Group, a network of companies for infrastructure and traffic management active across fourteen coountries.
Headquartered in Pratteln, Switzerland, Dähler Verkehrstechnik is a family-run trading company and a partner for signaling products, road marking solutions, vehicle restraint systems, as well as active and passive barrier technology.
