Lenz & Staehelin with Coesia on Rotzinger and Transver acquisition
Lenz & Staehelin advised Coesia — a privately owned group of companies specialising in industrial and packaging solutions, operating globally with headquarters in Bologna, Italy — on its acquisition of essentially all business activities, intellectual property and assets of Rotzinger and Transver, two entities of the Rotzinger Group, an industrial group headquartered in the canton of Aargau.
The Swiss law firm collaborated with a Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici team including Barbara Napolitano and Mario Di Pietro.
