· Niederer Kraft Frey advised PAVE Space SA, a Swiss space infrastructure company headquartered in Lausanne, in connection with its USD 40 million seed funding round. Corporate/M&A and technology partner Jacques Bonvin (pictured) led the NKF team on the matter, working alongside partner Andrea Wuerzner (corporate/M&A), associates Boris Catzeflis (corporate/technology) and Luisa Egli (Corporate/IT/IP), and counsel Marc Vogelsang (Tax).

· Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law advised both parties in the operation that saw AZ Medien acquiring from NZZ the remaining 35% stake in Swiss media company CH Media, thus making the Wanner family the sole owner of CH Media. The Pestalozzi team working on the matter included Christoph Lang (pictured), Yannic Schönenberger, Oliver Widmer, Samir Ainouz, Remo Keller, Samuel Thüring and Anja Murer.

· Advestra advised Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis on all Swiss aspects of its USD 11.0 billion note placement. The team Advestra team included Annette Weber (pictured left), Thomas Reutter (pictured right) and Valérie Bayard (all capital markets) as well as Céline Martin (tax).
