Advestra hires corporate/M&A and PE partner Philipp Haas

Advestra expands its corporate and M&A and private equity practice with the arrival of partner Philipp Haas (pictured), joining from Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF).

Haas’ practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate defense, advice to boards and capital markets.
