Schellenberg Wittmer with Arsenal on ATP sale to Henkel
Schellenberg Wittmer, alongside lead counsel Kirkland & Ellis, advised private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners on the sale of its portfolio company, Switzerland-based ATP Adhesive Systems, to Henkel, a publicly traded German manufacturer of industrial and consumer products.
ATP Adhesive Systems is a specialist in water-based specialty tapes, operating production sites in Europe and the United States.
