Homburger advises Temenos on Additiv acquisition

Hombuerger advised Six-listed Temenos (SIX: TEMN), a specialist in banking technology, on its acquisition of Additiv, a Swiss fintech company providing a platform to orchestrate financial services. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. The consideration will be paid c.50% in cash and c.50% in equity.
