MME advises KIBAG on Grob Kies acquisition

MME advised KIBAG, as the Swiss construction company is acquiring Grob Kies, a gravel and aggregates business based in Toggenburg. The deal is scheduled to close in July 2026 and is set to expand KIBAG’s market position in the Swiss construction sector.
