MME advises Bjørn Johansson on Spencer Stuart acquisition

MME has advised Bjørn Johansson, owner of Dr. Bjørn Johansson Associates, on the agreement through which his firm will be integrated into Spencer Stuart, an advisory firm operating across more than 60 offices in over thirty countries and more than fifty practice specialties.

MME fielded a cross-practice team on the transaction. The corporate and M&A workstream was handled by partner Alex Enzler (pictured), senior associate Anna Tomaschek, and junior associate Marina Bosch. Tax matters were overseen by partner Walter Frei, while employment aspects were managed by partner Martina Aepli and associate Natascha Figoutz.
