The advisors on Forterro’s acquisition of 3E Schweiz

MLL Legal advised Forterro on its acquisition of 3E Schweiz, a software provider serving manufacturers of windows and doors, with additional entities in Germany and France. Goodwin Procter advised on the German and French aspects of the transaction.
