Wenger Plattner advises Almat on sale to Alpstock

A team from Wenger Plattner, led by Oliver Künzler, represented the shareholders of Almat in connection to the sale of their shares to Alpstock.

The transaction represents a succession arrangement for Almat, which has operated in the Swiss market for over fourty years as a supplier of emergency lighting and emergency power systems. The company’s previous owners, Michel Härtli and Bernhard Weber will remain involved with the company and continue to serve on its board of directors following the operation.
