Homburger with Siegfried Holding on CHF 650 m term and revolving facilities agreement
Homburger advised Siegfried Holding, as the Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical industry entered into a CHF 650 m term and revolving facilities agreement.
The proceeds of this transaction will be used to refinance an existing bridge facility as well as for general corporate purposes.
The Zurich-based law firm acted as counsel to Siegfried Holding in connection with the Swiss law-governed term and revolving credit facility agreement, with UBS Switzerland as mandated lead arranger, coordinator and agent.
