NKF with SWISSto12 on USD 70 million series C financing
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised SWISSto12 — a Swiss manufacturer of Radio Frequency (RF) products, satellite payloads and systems — throughout closing of its USD 70 million (EUR 61 million) series C financing.
This follows the award of USD 84.8 million (EUR 73 million) from European Space Agency (ESA) Member States to the HummingSat ARTES partnership project, through which ESA supports SWISSto12 in the development and in-orbit validation of HummingSat.
