TX Markets is taking over the real estate portal Acheter-Louer.ch & Publimmo CRM system, from private individuals. With this acquisition, TX Markets is expanding its real estate marketplace portfolio.
Walder Wyss advised the sellers on the transaction. The team was led by Alexandre Both (partner, m&a, pictured) and included Hugh Reeves (managing associate, IP/IT/data protection), Grégoire Henriod (senior associate, m&a) and Lucas Nanchen (trainee lawyer, m&a).
