Advestra advises Dastex on Abovo acquisition
Advestra advised Dastex Group, a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, in connection with its acquisition of Abovo, a distributor of cleanroom consumables, Henkel adhesive technologies and ESD products.
Abovo specialises in supplying ESD (electrostatic discharge) products alongside its distribution agreements for Henkel adhesive solutions, complementing Dastex’s existing product and service portfolio within the controlled environment sector.
