Advestra advises FMA Group on the acquisition of NOX

FMA Hold­ing, a port­fo­lio com­pany of Liberta Part­ners, has acquired NOX Sys­tems, a lead­ing developer and man­u­fac­turer in the field of secur­ity tech­no­logy, with a focus on secur­ity and access con­trol sys­tems, headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

With this acquisition, FMA Group underlines its strong growth with another strategic purchase in a niche market that opens up a new entry for security and alarm technology. NOX’s products are widely used to support access control, intrusion detection systems and video surveillance.

Advestra has acted as leg­al coun­sel to FMA Group in this trans­ac­tion. The team included associate Anna Capaul (pictured left), partners Alex­an­der von Jein­sen (pictured centre) and Beda Kaufmann (pictured right), all cor­por­ate/m&a and fin­an­cing, as well as Laurent Ried­weg (tax).
