Advestra advises on the sale of CarNet to AXA Schweiz

The insurer AXA has acquired the suc­cess­ful Swiss fleet man­ager Car­Net. AXA intends to gradu­ally integ­rate Car­Net Man­age­ment into its sub­si­di­ary for mobil­ity solu­tions AXA Mobil­ity Ser­vices, after a transational phase. With this step, AMS is expanding its market position. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The trans­ac­tion is expec­ted to close in the next few months, sub­ject to reg­u­lat­ory approvals and the sat­is­fac­tion of oth­er clos­ing conditions.

Advestra acts as leg­al coun­sel to the sellers in this trans­ac­tion. The team includes Sandro Fehl­mann, Anna Capaul and Sil­van Bie­der­mann (all cor­por­ate/M&A).
