Advestra advises SF Urban Properties on partnership with Senn

Advestra has advised SF Urban Properties on a partnership with the property development group Senn for the further development of the Walzwerk site in Münchenstein and Arlesheim.

Deal details

Under the partnership, Senn Hold will become a minority shareholder in the newly established Walzwerk Holding. Senn Resources will be responsible for project development at its own expense until legally binding planning permissions are obtained.
