Advestra advises the banking syndicate on Lepu Medical GDR on SIX

As we have informed last 22 September 2022 here, the Beijing company Lepu Med­ic­al Tech­no­logy has suc­cess­fully offered and lis­ted its glob­al depos­it­ary receipts (GDRs) on SIX Swiss Exchange. The GDRs were admit­ted to trad­ing and lis­ted on 21 Septem­ber 2022.

Cred­it Suisse, CIT­IC Secur­it­ies and CICC acted as Joint Glob­al Coordin­at­ors and Joint Book­run­ners and China Galaxy Inter­na­tion­al, Huatai Inter­na­tion­al and Haitong Inter­na­tion­al as Joint Book­run­ners in this deal. Advestra has advised the bank­ing syn­dic­ate on all Swiss law mat­ters related to the trans­ac­tion.
