Advestra advises Verium on its investment in Lynus

A group of investors led by Veri­um, a multi-fam­ily office advised by Advestra, has acquired a sig­ni­fic­ant minor­ity stake in Lynus through a cap­it­al increase.

Lynus is a tech­no­logy com­pany provid­ing advanced renew­able energy solu­tions for res­id­en­tial and com­mer­cial prop­er­ties. The co-founders, Paul Haus­er and Kai Eben­sper­ger, along­side exist­ing share­hold­ers and man­age­ment, will retain the major­ity and con­tin­ue to be the driv­ing forces behind the company.
