Advestra promotes Anna Capaul to counsel
Effective January 1st 2026, Advestra promoted Anna Capaul to counsel.
A member of the firm since its foundation in 2021, Capaul primarily focuses on M&A and other corporate transactions. She advises companies on corporate and general commercial law as well as employment law matters.
Her practice further includes advising corporate clients, private equity, venture capital and other investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments, joint ventures and other M&A transactions.
During her time at Advestra, Capaul also served as a foreign associate at Greenberg Traurig in London between 2024 and 2025.
