Advestra with Amboro Capital on Search Mandate Structure
Advestra advised Amboro Capital and its founder Luca Hany on the formation and structuring of a Swiss-based Search Mandate Structure.
The Zurich-based firm managed all Swiss law aspects in setting up the Search Mandate Structure and the negotiations with investors.
The context
In connection with the operation, Amboro Capital is planning to search, then acquire a small-to-medium B2B enterprise under the mandate, standing on support from its investors, and eventually operate such company with the goal of growing its business.
