Advestra with Matterhorn on financing to buy Monaco Telecom
Advestra advised Matterhorn Telecom, the parent company of Swiss telecommunications provider Salt Mobile, in connection with the financing in support of the company’s acquisition of a controlling interest in Monaco Telecom.
The financing in question included an offering of EUR 550 million senior secured notes due 2030 and a new EUR 130 million term loan facility under Matterhorn Telecom’s existing senior facilities agreement.
