Advestra advised Medermis Clinics on its acquisition of a majority stake in Zurich-based specialist clinic Hautwerk.
The parties
Headquartered in Munich, buyer Medermis Clinics specialises across a plethora of medical areas, including dermatology, phlebology, laser medicine, and medical aesthetic dermatology treatments.
Hautwerk, the selling part, is a specialist clinic for dermatology and laser medicine in German-speaking Switzerland, with a dedicated academy for laser medicine.
