Advestra with UBS on Swiss Steel offering
Advestra advised UBS on EUR 300 million rights offering by Swiss Steel.
The transaction consisted in an offering of subscription rights and a placement of shares on which rights were not exercised.
The team comprised partner Alexander von Jeinsen (pictured), associate Valérie Bayard, partner Thomas Reutter, associate Fabian Wild and junior associate Milan Schéda (all capital markets), partner Céline Martin and associate Olivia Ruth (tax).
The rights issue was part of a series of measures to strengthen the Group’s financial position.
