Who advised Invision on the add-on acquisition of a majority stake in Margherita
As anticipated in this rumor, IDAK Holding, the parent company of the Swiss-based KADI, a producer of potato and snack specialties and refrigerated and frozen products, controlled by private equity firms Invision and Nord Holding, has acquired the majority of Margherita, an Italian premium pizza manufacturer. The transaction included the acquisition financing and the refinancing of existing indebtedness of IDAK Holding.
