Advoro & Walder Wyss with Helvetica on HSO–HSC fund merger

Advoro and Walder Wyss advised Helvetica Property Investors in connection with the merger of Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund into Helvetica Swiss Commercial Fund.

The context

Pursuant to the consolidation, the HSO Fund was delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange, with investors receiving corresponding units in the HSC Fund.
