Advoro on Dekom’s acquisition
Advoro advised private equity companies Süd Beteiligungen and VR Equitypartner in the acquisition of a majority stake in Dekom, provider of audiovisual conference collaboration solutions.
With over 200 employees and 6,000 customers Dekoms has its headquarters in Germany and locations in Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and the USA. The deal is linked to the shared objective of further expanding Dekoms’s footprint in the European market for audio and video technology, taking into account trends such as ESG and AI, and to develop new growth markets. The transaction is subject to the approval of the antitrust.
VR Equitypartner Frankfurt is a subsidiary of DZ Bank Vrep supporting medium-sized family businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Süd Beteiligungen is a wholly owned subsidiary of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg.
