Advoro with W. Rokitzky in joining InstallerGroup
Advoro advised W. Rokitzky in joining the Danish InstallerGroup as part of its entry into the Swiss market.
The parties
Headquartered in Wallisellen, W. Rokitzky is a specialist in HVAC systems in the greater Zurich area, with locations in Wallisellen, Hinwil, Winterthur, and Zurich.
InstallerGroup operates as a service provider in the ancillary construction sector, currently comprising 37 group companies across Denmark.
The Advoro team
Boris Raeber Räber (M&A, pictured) led the Advoro team on the matter, working alongside Simon Lang, Melina Suter, Delia Zellweger (all M&A), as well as Luciano Schmid (tax). On the M&A side, UBS advised the selling part, with a team led by Robert Brändle and Marco Stübi.
