Afinum acquires Ergon Informatik: the legal advisors
Investment company Afinum completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Zurich-based IT company Ergon Informatik.
In connection with the deal, Vischer represented Afinum, while Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Zürcher Kantonalbank, as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, agent, security agent and original lender, as well as Luzerner Kantonalbank, as mandated lead arranger and original lender. Moreover, Schellenberg Wittmer advised Ergon Informatik.
