Aikido acquires Haicker: the legal advisors

Belgian cybersecurity startup Aikido Security completed its acquisition of Lausanne-based Haicker, also a cybersecurity specialist.

In connection with the deal, a Nexus Attorneys team led by partner Clement Jaton (pictured) and including partner Nicolas F. Krauer (both corporate and M&A) represented Haicker, with Walder Wyss’ tax counsel Emilia Rebetez advising the Swiss company on all tax aspects of the transaction.

Moreover, a Clifford Chance team led by Brussels-based counsel Gillis Waelkens (corporate and M&A) advised Aikido Security on the matter.
