Alain P. Röthlisberger joins Bader Gnehm & Partner as of counsel

Bader Gnehm & Partner has appointed Alain P. Röthlisberger (pictured) as of counsel. He focuses on contract law, commercial and company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring company successions as well as private equity capital market law.

Röthlisberger brings with him more than 25 years of legal experience law practice. He most recently served as managing director at legal excellence, where he spent the last six years. Prior to that, Röthlisberger was with Almarai group in Saudi Arabia, serving as group general counsel. He also held high executive positions at General Electric, Swiss Credit, Deutsche bank and Swissair group and Swisscom. Röthlisberger started his career as an associate at Python and as a partner at Röthlisberger-Fischer lawyers after that.

Röthlisberger is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences (HWZ) Zurich and is an Expert “Financial Services” with the Swiss Fairness Commission. He also is an active volunteer with the Swiss armed forces.
