Schellenberg Wittmer advises ASC on its sale to All for One Group
All for One Group, specialists in IT/SAP, strategy and management consulting listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt stock exchange, agreed to acquire all of the shares in the Swiss companies ASC Management Consulting and Advanced Solutions Consulting. Effective 1 October 2021. The transaction has already been completed. By agreement between the parties, the purchase price is not being disclosed. The acquisition will be funded from cash funds.
The acquisition of the consulting company ASC will enable All for One Group to expand its business in Switzerland.
Schellenberg Wittmer advises Shareholders of ASC on this transaction. The team consisted of Oliver Triebold (overall lead), Elia Claude Schunck and Melina Suter (all corporate/m&a), as well as Michael Nordin and Tabea Elmer (both taxation).
