BGPartners advised MySign in its partial acquisition by Allgeier Group

The Swiss e-commerce agency and software house specializing in the design, development and operation of e-commerce solutions for SMEs, MySign has becomes part of the German Allgeier Group. The IT and software services company Allgeier takes over 80% of the MySign shares while 20% will remain with the three previous owners, who will continue to manage MySign with its approximately 45 employees as an independent company.

BGPartners Attorneys at law acted as counsel to MySign in all legal aspects. The team was led by partner Olivier Bula (pictured) and further composed partner Oliver Gnehm, along with associates Victoria Marty and Thomas Gysin.

With the takeover by Allgeier MySign can bring its own shop solution to the German market and thus grow significantly.
